WSS Security CEO Chris Mangan said the company was excited about the potential for Identicom in New Zealand. Workers in community health, enforcement roles, and those working in remote locations, for example, were often facing unpredictable and potentially unsafe situations without easy access to appropriate back-up.
Identicom was much more than a security product, he said. As well as offering sophisticated security support for lone workers, it had the potential to reduce business costs, as well as improving Health & Safety management of lone workers.
"Identicom is an established and proven technology in the UK and we are delighted that it is now available in New Zealand," he said.
